This is Bay waiting for her buddy Macy at Wal-Mart. The girls were excited for the Dora the Explorer cupcakes they were giving out for Dora's birthday! We received an add in the mail about Dora's birthday celebration two weeks earlier. Bailey carried around the add and had me read it to her over and over. She even took it with her to the store.
